Why Earth

Just a little bit of Earth’s beauty plus my foot

I was reading my journaling from early this year and I really liked this short little entry I wrote so I decided to share it on here.

“I feel like God had to create the Earth and all the people. His thought of us was too beautiful not to create. My God is not selfish or cruel. He designed people in his perfect image… made each of us physically unique and He created an amazing but different plan for each and every one of us. I was sitting in the car wondering why God created us when He knew how much bad was going to come with it. But the good must’ve outweighed the bad – He created us for that moment one of us gets saved and all the angels rejoice with Him, when the church gathers to worship in spirit and truth, when we talk to Him and when we use Jesus’ name. Plus so much more. He loved us so much that if we wanted to live hating Him, we could. If we wanted to deny His very existence or if we wanted to go to hell, we could. He gave us that free will. Knowing that some people would abuse it but also knowing His sons and daughters would would use it to choose life with Him. That free will makes us who we are. Yes there is so much bad in the world and even bad that lives in people around us but He is the joy on this earth that doesn’t ever fade. He made a world where we always have a way out of the evil. This doesn’t exclude us from trials and trouble but gives us a way to deal with what is seamingly impossible. He made it to where, no matter what we could seek Him and in Him is joy, peace, and comfort. We always will have the choice to choose Him, up until our very last breath. That is how gracious He is. He is love and I will always choose love.”

1 Corinthians 13:4-5

“Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud, or rude. It does not demand its own way and it is not irritable and it keeps no record of being wronged.”

Psalms 139:14

“I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are your works, and that my soul knows very well.”

John 16:33

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” *Jesus speaking*
